平泽先生告诉我，川口队长来电，通知我和小李于26日返船。为此，我们必须抓紧站上工作。
今晨八点，第三次气溶胶采样开始，进气通量为9，符合观测要求。
上午，翻阅美国南极杂志"Antarctic
Journal of the United States ，"发现有South Pole和McMurdo两站1974-77年地面气象资料，抄寻下来，备用。

晚饭时，我们与福西交谈。小李向他提出两个问题："Who
decided your plan?"“How to make plan?"显然，小李是有备而问。当福西反问"What
kind of plan?"，小李一时答不上。我了解小李的问题，回答说："Antarctic
scientific plan "福西来情绪了，几乎停止了进餐在回答："Our
institute decided the plan of the JARE 26 before one year. At the
very beginning ，our institute invited some professors to discuss
the plan ，decide four main subjects，such as，upper
atmospheric physics，biology，…… make a detail program.
According to the detail program， we must prepare everything for
expedition. In general speaking， we must spend one-third time
for plan， one-third time for preparation and one-third time for
performance."
我想，福西副队长关于南极科学考察计划的制定，准备为执行的三分之一的规律，对我国有参考价值。
